Job summary

Ashdale Care Ireland is seeking an experienced leader to manage a residential children’s home. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, deliver high‑quality, child‑centred care, and ensure full compliance with childcare legislation and national standards.

You will lead a multidisciplinary staff team, manage admissions and care planning, build strong relationships with families and external professionals, and represent the home at meetings and reviews.
