Job summary

BSS Contract Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential development projects in Wicklow and South Dublin. The role requires strong leadership to deliver high-quality housing schemes and manage multiple stakeholders across the site.

The successful candidate will coordinate architects, engineers, consultants and contractors, ensuring programmes, safety and quality are maintained from planning through to handover.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing residential construction projects.
• Proven housing and/or high-density residential experience is essential.
• Developer, client-side or main contractor experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction, programming and quality control.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Irish construction experience, Safe Pass and a full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential construction projects on behalf of the developer.
• Oversee main contractors and subcontractors on housing and apartment developments.
• Monitor programme, quality, health and safety and project progress.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and local authorities.
• Chair site and progress meetings and provide clear project reporting.
• Manage design coordination, construction issues, variations and project risks.
• Coordinate snagging, completion, statutory approvals and handover.
