Western Care Association in Ballina, Co Mayo, is seeking dedicated Social Care Workers to join Greenlands Residential Service. You will support individuals to live meaningful, inclusive lives in a safe environment, working with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote independence.

Applicants must hold CORU registration, be committed to person-centered care, and possess strong communication, teamwork and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• CORU registration to practice as a Social Care Worker.
• Experience leading or supervising teams.
• Experience in person- and family-centered care.
• Understanding HIQA standards and regulations.
