Western Care Association is seeking dedicated Social Care Workers for the Day Service in County Mayo. You will support individuals to live meaningful lives within a safe, inclusive environment, working with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote independence and rights.

The role requires CORU registration, a commitment to person-centred care, and a flexible approach to meet service needs. Competitive pay and a strong benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• CORU registration to practice as a Social Care Worker.
• Registration with CORU or recognition by the CORU Board is required.
• Commitment to person- and family-centered care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with high and/or complex needs is beneficial.

Responsibilities
