Job summary

Attuned HealthCare in Roundwood/Ashford, Co Wicklow, is recruiting Support Workers / HCA to join our Residential Services in Wicklow and surrounding areas. In a small, person-centered setting, you will empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives with dignity and choice.

Qualifications

• Minimum FETAC Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support, Social Care, or equivalent.
• Strong English communication, IT, report writing, and planning skills.
• Full, clean driving licence (mandatory).
• Subject to Garda Vetting and two references.

Responsibilities

• Providing person-centered support tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community integration.
• Working collaboratively with individuals to set, review, and achieve personal goals.
• Supporting daily living activities while promoting dignity, autonomy, and informed choice.
