Job summary

Yugo is seeking a friendly Sales & Service Associate to join our Central Dublin student accommodation team. You will greet residents and visitors, handle queries with empathy, and contribute to sales plans while keeping the resident database up to date.

You’ll help organise social events, assist with health and safety duties, and support marketing activities to ensure residences stay full and partner channels are used effectively.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Organised with ability to multitask effectively.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to residents.
• Respond to queries, handle incidents, escalate as needed.
• Support sales and marketing to fill residences and maximise channels.
• Follow operating procedures and ensure safety of residents.
• Organise and communicate social events for residents.
