• Support nursing staff in delivering person-centred care to residents.
• Promote mobility and assist as necessary to maintain/improve mobility.
• Assist residents with personal appearance, hygiene and dignity.
• Assist with eating/drinking and physical comfort.
• Participate in, organize and carry out social activities for residents.
• Maintain high levels of communication between residents, families and staff.
