Job summary

The Park Hotel Dungarvan in Ireland is seeking an experienced Reservations Agent who is detail oriented and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role and will manage inquiries, produce quotations and confirmations, and monitor guest satisfaction. You will identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to opportunities while performing occasional receptionist duties.

Qualifications

Your duties include but are not limited to:

• Manage all inquiries in a prompt & professional manner.
• Produce quotations & written confirmation to all clients.
• Monitor customer satisfaction regularly.
• Deal with guest queries and/or complaints.
• Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue.
• Contribute to a culture of high quality standards for relationship building, customer service, selling techniques, and billing and processing contracts.
• Receptionist duties as needed.

Prior use of relevant Hotel Operating systems is an advantage. Hotsoft proficiency is a distinct advantage.
