The River Lee Hotel, renowned for its luxurious accommodations and exceptional dining experiences is seeking a dedicated F&B Reservations Agent to join our team.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Handle reservations requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide information about dining options and assist guests in selecting outlets within the hotel.
• Confirm and manage reservations accurately.
• Liaise with restaurant managers and staff.
• Coordinate special requests and dietary requirements.
• Maintain and update the reservation system.
• Monitor reservation trends and provide reports.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Ensure guests feel welcomed and valued.

The ideal candidate should have a strong customer service background. Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Reservations role is not essential, but a background in Food & Beverage is required for this role. You will require:

• Previous experience with reservation software
• Ability to multitask
• Team-oriented
