Job summary

The River Lee, part of The Doyle Collection, seeks a Reservations Agent to join the Front Office team in Cork. You will be the friendly voice for guests, promoting hotel services and sharing local knowledge to enhance guest experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• To contribute to the profitability of the hotels by promoting hotel services to all existing and potential guests.
• To develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and local area knowledge.
• Complete daily reports such as: Traces, arrival checks in advance, no show and cancellations, pro-formas, filing back ups, reservations made yesterday, daily task lists.
• To ensure efficiency through accurate correspondence, effective filing and overall organization.
