Job summary

Factorial in Ireland is seeking a Tender & Contracts Manager for Project Delivery to drive the end-to-end commercial contract cycle on assigned projects from development through handover to Operations. You will lead tender preparation, issue, evaluation, contract negotiations and management, coordinate with legal and project teams, and optimise interfaces between work packages.

Qualifications

• Extensive project or contracts management experience on large capital projects in renewables.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of contracts and contract law in Ireland and the UK, especially FIDIC.
• Experience with tender processes from preparation to award in CBoP, EBoP, EPC and TSA.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end commercial contract cycle on assigned projects.
• Lead tender process including preparation, issue, evaluation, and negotiation.
• Collaborate with legal and project teams to select contract form.
• Oversee interfaces between work packages to optimise contracts.
• Support site teams with contractual claims and determinations.
