Job summary

Pure Renewables is seeking a Project Engineer based in Drogheda, Ireland to support project development and our sales engineering team with technical design and evaluation of commercial & industrial heat pump projects.

You will prepare project layouts, analyze data, estimate energy production, and conduct site visits to ensure quality and alignment with designs, while coordinating with Project Management and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Experience on large-scale construction projects, ideally in renewables.
Ability to gather information and form independent conclusions.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving team and industry.

Responsibilities

Prepare conceptual project layouts using CAD or similar software; optimize layouts for value.
Analyze data to assess resource requirements and project values.
Estimate annual energy production and build high-level energy models.
Conduct site visits to assess suitability and participate in stakeholder meetings.
Follow post-sale site visits to ensure works align with design.
Assist in preparing project sales proposals and interface with PM, Engineering and Operations.
Maintain QMS integrity during changes and ensure OH&S/environmental reporting impact.
