Job summary

AFRY is expanding its Renewable Energy team in Ireland and the UK, seeking Project Engineers to support construction management across markets. You will help ensure cost, quality and schedule targets are met while coordinating with electrical and civil engineering teams.

You will review contractor designs, monitor safety and performance testing of wind, solar or battery systems, and assist pre-construction activities including procurement and documentation for supply contracts.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 2 years' PM experience as a Project Engineer.
• Experience on utility-scale renewable energy or energy infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate all key stages of construction to maintain cost, quality and schedule.
• Review contractor’s civil and electrical designs and documentation for EPC works.
• Witnessing and monitoring of wind turbine, solar PV or battery system performance testing.
