Renewable Careers Limited in Dublin is seeking a diligent engineer to support our renewable project pipeline. You will work with experienced engineers, gaining real responsibility from day one and contributing to wind, solar and BESS projects across Ireland.

The role offers hybrid work from the Dublin office, a structured development path, and exposure to full project lifecycles with senior mentorship. A degree in engineering and energy interest are essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in electrical, mechanical, civil or environmental engineering (2.1 or above).
• Genuine interest in renewable energy and Ireland's energy transition.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort with data/spreadsheets.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to simplify technical topics.
• Initiative, curiosity and willingness to learn; ownership mindset.
• Right to work in Ireland.
• Internships or project experience in energy are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support engineering design and technical reviews for wind, solar and BESS projects at every stage.
• Prepare energy yield assessments, site evaluations and technical due diligence.
• Assist with grid connection applications and coordination with EirGrid and ESB Networks.
• Review technical submittals from EPC contractors, consultants and equipment suppliers.
• Support construction and commissioning; travel to project sites across Ireland.
• Analyze performance data from operating assets and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to tools, templates and standards used by the engineering team.
