Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Weekend Localization & Interpreting Project Manager based in Ireland. The role coordinates localization and interpreting projects in a fully remote, international environment, guiding projects from planning through delivery while managing budgets, timelines, and quality.

You will work with a global network of translators and interpreters, handle client inquiries, maintain relationships, and ensure high-quality results.

Qualifications

• PM experience in localization/interpreting or customer service is required.
• Knowledge of localization processes in a PM environment.
• Practical knowledge of CAT tools Smartcat, memoQ, Trados.
• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complete project lifecycle from planning to delivery.
• Evaluate costs, prepare budgets and quotations for clients.
• Estimate resource requirements and set realistic deadlines.
• Use Plunet for time tracking and project management.
• Monitor progress, communicate status, and ensure deadlines.
• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, chat.
• Maintain communication with colleagues and freelancers.
• Negotiate deadlines and rates with freelancers.
• Perform quality checks and final reviews for accuracy.
• Address freelancer questions and resolve issues.
• Follow internal policies and quality standards.
