Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Mobile Game Developer in Ireland to join a partner company building engaging Unity-based mobile games for a global audience. You will own the full development lifecycle, implement AI-assisted workflows, optimize performance, and collaborate with designers, artists, backend engineers and QA to ship polished multiplayer experiences across iOS and Android.

A strong background in C#, Unity architecture, and shipped mobile titles, plus comfort with Agile practices,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/SE/IM.
5+ years of mobile Unity development experience.
At least two shipped mobile titles.
Strong C# skills and Unity fundamentals.
Experience with 2D/3D mobile games and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality mobile games in Unity for iOS and Android.
Build gameplay systems, UI, animations, VFX, audio, and live-ops features.
Use AI-powered tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and prototyping with quality checks.
Collaborate with designers, artists, backend engineers, and QA to deliver engaging experiences.
Prototype quickly, gather feedback, and iterate on features.
Optimize CPU/GPU/memory and battery usage across devices with profiling tools.
Implement REST APIs, WebSockets, and multiplayer networking.
