Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in Program Management or Technical Program Management.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence and Zendesk.
• Experience building analytics, dashboards and workflow improvements.
• Familiar with AI-driven process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve operational workflows.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on tooling improvements.
• Develop dashboards and operational reporting.
• Improve transparency reporting processes.
