Qualifications

• Native fluency in Telugu with full command of the script.
• Experience with document annotation, transcription, or related fields.
• Character-level accuracy and attention to detail.
• Systematic approach to applying taxonomy across pages.

Responsibilities

• Source Telugu PDFs with multimodal elements and record sources.
• Annotate page regions by type and reading-order index; link regions to parent components.
• Transcribe text faithfully in Telugu script, including handwritten content.
• Flag illegible regions and capture page metadata (language, document type, dimensions).
• Review a colleague's work and contribute to end-to-end quality checks.
