Job summary

Vanta is hiring a Technical Support Engineer for a remote role based in Dublin, Ireland. You will support customers via email, screen sharing, and chat, ensuring SLAs are met while developing a deep understanding of Vanta’s product features, integrations, and configurations.

You will own and resolve complex technical issues, collaborate with TSS on challenging cases, and contribute to internal and customer-facing documentation. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience providing technical support to customers via email, chat and screen sharing.
• Ability to document solutions clearly in a knowledge base or ticket notes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Vanta customers through email, screen sharing, and chat within SLAs.
• Develop understanding of product capabilities, integrations, configurations, and messaging.
• Own and resolve complex technical customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Document solutions and create reproducible test cases for product/engineering.
• Participate in team activities, troubleshoot sessions, and improve support processes.
