MAYBIN SUPPORT SERVICES (IRELAND) LIMITED T/A ABM Ireland is seeking a full-time Recruitment Officer to provide a quality consultative recruitment service, interview candidates, and develop a talent acquisition strategy to build a strong pipeline. Requirements include at least 1 year of experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a good knowledge of the recruitment market.

The role supports arranging interviews, negotiating pay/conditions, and ensuring compliance with contracts and statutory

Responsibilities

• Interview candidates for jobs and assess fit.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategy.
• Build a pipeline by networking with high-potential candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates’ expectations.
• Ensure workers have signed contracts and meet requirements.
