Job summary

Sisk Group is looking for a Project Manager - Pre-Construction to lead the technical and delivery strategy on major infrastructure bids from early engagement through to contract award. You will coordinate across engineering, commercial, planning and operational teams to deliver robust tender submissions in a Tier 1 environment.

The role requires a Civil/Structural Engineering degree and Chartered Engineer status or progress toward chartership, with a strong emphasis on leadership, planning and

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer status or working towards chartership.
• Experience with planning tools such as Primavera P6.

• Lead pre-construction activities across major infrastructure bids and drive bid submission quality.
• Coordinate across engineering, commercial, planning and operations teams to align on strategy.
