Job summary

Paradox EN is seeking a hands-on Social Media Content Creator to build and ship daily content across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll cut and caption long-form footage, write hooks, and post directly using AI tools such as Claude Code.

You’ll own the channels end to end, monitor performance with native analytics and GA4, and continuously test formats. French and English fluency are required, and remote work is available from day one.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in social media management/content creation.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience using AI tools (Claude Code) to edit, caption, repurpose and automate content.

Responsibilities

• Be the hands-on builder of Paradox EN's social presence across Instagram, TikTok, X and YouTube Shorts.
• Cut, caption, and ship content daily without waiting for assets.
• Own the content calendar, posting, and community replies; track performance.
• Proactively test hooks, formats, and posting times; kill underperforming formats quickly.
• Leverage Claude Code to automate repurposing and generate variations.
