GeistM is seeking a hands-on Content Creator in Dublin to produce engaging paid-social content and build a creator pipeline across client campaigns. You will film, edit, and repurpose content for Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels, while managing creator partnerships and iteration cycles.

You will collaborate with Creative and Growth teams to turn briefs into testable content, maintain brand integrity, and deliver high-quality assets on a tight schedule.

Competenze

• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual judgment with UGC and short-form video.
• Experience creating content for Meta, TikTok, Reels or other short-form platforms.
• Proficiency with Canva and video-editing tools (CapCut/Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Confident on camera with the ability to adapt delivery to different brands and audiences.

Mansioni

• Create paid-social statics, motion assets, and campaign variations from approved concepts and briefs.
• Ideate, film, and appear in platform-native UGC-style content across a range of consumer brands.
• Edit short-form video and UGC footage for Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Repurpose existing creator footage into new edits, cutdowns, hooks, openings, captions, and messaging variations.
• Build iterations of winning assets quickly while preserving the tested elements.
• Adapt creative for different platform specifications, placements, and aspect ratios.
• Apply brand guidelines, copy, and legal or claims guardrails accurately.
