Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a motivated security researcher to join the Advanced Research Team (ART). You will apply a broad set of skills to support the CrowdStrike Intelligence mission, develop tools for analysts, and publish research findings.

You’ll provide unique solutions for ad-hoc needs across CrowdStrike Intelligence. Joining ART means collaborating with cross‑functional teams, reproducing vulnerabilities, and delivering actionable technical information.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• 4+ years of information security experience.
• Knowledge of vulnerability research concepts (patch analysis, exploit primitives).
• Familiarity with reverse engineering tools and techniques.
• Solid understanding of Linux and Windows internals.
• Solid understanding of network protocols.
• Solid software development experience in Python.
• Experience with GenAI/LLM workflows in software, data analysis and security.
• Excellent problem solving, creativity and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated solutions for collecting, processing and analyzing data at scale.
• Operate and extend honeypots to identify adversary TTPs.
• Perform vulnerability research and publish results.
• Collaborate across teams to satisfy unique collection requirements.
• Inform on information security topics and publish research results.
