Reap is seeking an experienced risk leader to drive expansion risk across APAC as we scale our card issuing services. You will own fraud risk controls, onboarding governance for BIN sponsorship, and automated monitoring to reduce manual work.

You’ll partner with product, engineering, and clients to define risk appetite and thresholds. You’ll build risk dashboards, surface key signals, and communicate findings to stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions and ensuring regulatory and scheme

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in risk management within card issuer or acquirer environment.
• Strong fraud and risk management background in fintech or payments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
• Data-driven decision making with ability to translate insights into action.

Responsabilités

• Lead new market expansion risk across card issuing products as Reap expands into APAC markets, ensuring controls and policy alignment.
• Drive BIN sponsorship risk governance from onboarding to ongoing portfolio oversight.
• Automate and scale operational risk monitoring with end-to-end workflows and alerts.
• Champion fraud incident investigations, post-mortems, and cross-functional response coordination.
• Build risk dashboards and intelligence with the data team to surface actionable signals.
