Job summary

ICON Clinical Research Ltd is seeking an experienced eClinical Proposals Sr Manager to lead end-to-end proposal development from RFPs/RFIs to submission and handoff to delivery teams.

The role combines cross-functional collaboration with cost estimation, budgeting, and strategic improvements. Strong leadership, MS Excel expertise, and Salesforce proficiency are required to drive compliant, competitive proposals across global studies.

Qualifications

• Line management experience in a CRO or pharma setting.
• Experience with eCOA and budgeting for proposals.
• Ability to develop compliant, commercially competitive proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal development for client RFPs/RFIs.
• Coordinate input from eCOA SMEs and stakeholders.
• Ensure proposals comply with sponsor requirements.
• Costing and budget development using approved pricing tools.
• Oversee proposal production: narratives, budgets, SOWs.
• Provide leadership to the proposal team and mentor staff.
• Drive innovation and process improvements with analytics and AI capabilities.
