Job summary

ICON Clinical Research Ltd is seeking a Senior Proposals Development Associate in Ireland. You will facilitate development and preparation of proposals for clinical trials, supporting business development, client contracts, and costing systems.

Key duties include maintaining costing tools, training users, and delivering high-quality client proposals within deadlines, while upholding ICON's values of People, Clients, and Performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/CRO industry or equivalent.
• Experience in proposal development and contract/change order development.
• Understanding of industry cost drivers.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter, proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent worker and strong team player.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
• Fluency in English with excellent written skills.
• Advanced Excel; proficient with Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain costing tools and modules for proposals.
• Support Business Development in winning new business for ICON.
• Support Client Contract Services in managing contracts and change orders.
• Ensure adherence to ICON values in day-to-day work.
• Maintain costing systems and provide training as needed.
• Develop and improve training materials for Proposal Development Associates and Contract Analysts.
• Create high-quality client-focused proposals, budgets, and client grids.
• Mentor Systems Analysts and contribute to process improvements.
• Assist Directors in developing training materials and education resources.
