Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in proposal development, clinical research, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and development of client proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and scope of work documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure proposal accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct research and analysis to understand client requirements, competition, and market trends to inform proposal strategies.
• Manage proposal process workflows, tracking status, coordinating review cycles, and ensuring adherence to processes and timelines.
• Maintain proposal templates, databases, and tools to support efficient proposal development and management.
