Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in proposal development, clinical research, or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with proposal management software or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and development of client proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and scope of work documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical operations, project management, finance) to gather information and ensure proposal accuracy.
• Conduct research and analysis to understand client requirements, competitive landscape, and market trends for proposal strategies.
• Manage proposal workflows, track status, coordinate reviews, and ensure adherence to internal processes and timelines.
• Maintain proposal templates, databases, and tools to support efficient proposal development and management.
