Job summary

Jobgether in Ireland is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer (Flutter) to own the development of production Flutter apps for iOS and Android, with a strong emphasis on analytics, performance, and measurable product outcomes. You will work on authentication, discovery, profiles, messaging, and monetization in a remote-first, globally distributed team.

You will implement modern Flutter architecture, multi-brand configurations, automated tests, and collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering

Qualifications

• Experience delivering production Flutter apps on iOS and Android.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture and performance.
• Experience with multi-brand configurations and Firebase setups.
• Familiarity with automated unit and widget testing.
• Fluent Russian and English (B2) communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop core mobile experiences: authentication, registration, discovery, profiles, messaging, and engagement.
• Analyze and improve funnels: registration, upgrades, monetization, messaging engagement, conversions.
• Own analytics for mobile journeys to understand user behavior and opportunities.
• Improve platform features: push notifications, deep links, and real-time features.
• Support monetization through in-app purchases and ads metrics.
• Contribute to multi-flavor and white-label apps with brand configurations and Firebase setups.
• Develop automated tests (unit and widget) to maintain quality.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics in a remote, distributed environment.
