Alignerr is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (AI Training) to author high-fidelity reasoning traces for large language models. This fully remote, flexible hourly contract role is built for experienced ML practitioners who want to shape how AI systems reason, plan, and decide.

Qualifications
