Job summary

AfterQuery is hiring scrum masters as contractors to author and grade agile delivery scenarios used by frontier AI labs to measure model judgment and improve performance.

We offer fully remote, asynchronous work, with payments weekly via Stripe. Rates range from $70 to $110 per hour, with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week and no fixed hours. This is ongoing project work with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a scrum master or agile delivery lead for software teams.
• Experience facilitating the full ceremony cycle from planning through retrospectives.
• Depth in backlog management, impediment removal, and team coaching.
• Clear written English for documenting facilitation and coaching reasoning.
• Able to commit at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Author realistic agile delivery scenarios from sprint planning through retrospectives
• Write reference answers with the facilitation reasoning behind each intervention
• Grade model output for agile soundness and team dynamics awareness
• Flag advice that reads textbook correct but would harm a real team
