Job summary

BOYLE Sports is seeking a Compliance Operations professional to support the Safer Gambling team from its Dundalk HQ with hybrid working options across Ireland, the UK, and Gibraltar. The role focuses on AML, risk assessment, and ensuring customer safety in line with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with Senior Safer Gambling Officers and cross-functionally with AML, CDD, and Customer Service teams to maintain high-quality processes and documentation, including

Qualifications

• Experience in Safer Gambling or Due Diligence preferred.
• Knowledge of Gambling Commission regulations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct AML and Safer Gambling processes for both digital and Retail customers.
• Monitor player activity for signs of potential gambling-related harm.
• Interact with customers to ensure activity remains affordable and within risk limits.
• Assess affordability using spend against income and available documents.
• Maintain logs and reporting for future review.
• Develop safer gambling risk-based policies, procedures and processes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and prepare reports.
• Deliver staff education and training on safer gambling.
• Update and maintain departmental Safer Gambling documents.
• Serve as first point of contact for staff and authorities on Safer Gambling matters.
• Assist with general compliance inquiries and ad-hoc tasks.
• Collaborate with Senior Officers to share best practices.
