TCP Homecare seeks a dedicated Part-time Respiratory Nurse to join a nationwide homecare nursing programme. The role is remote with Dublin, Ireland coverage, requiring an RGN with NMBI registration and a strong patient-care background.

You will support respiratory care, patient training, and ongoing maintenance visits across Leinster. The successful candidate will lead nursing activities, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high standards of care within home and hospital clinic

Qualifications

• Qualifed RGN registered with NMBI.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships with ease.
• Self-motivated with leadership qualities.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with referring units regarding patient progress and feedback.
• Facilitate transition of patients from hospital to home support service.
• Provide clinical review, oversight, assessment, and advice to nursing team.
• Train patients and carers to enable self-administration where relevant.
• Educate patients and families on relevant disease areas and care plans.
• Ensure timely electronic reporting and maintain detailed patient records.
