Job summary

TCP Homecare provides innovative healthcare services in Ireland. We are looking for nursing professionals who demonstrate motivation, flexibility and strong communication to join our growing community teams across Dublin, Kildare and Midlands, delivering high‑quality home care.

The home care nurse will provide clinical services to patients, maintain accurate electronic records, and collaborate with the nursing director and the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care.

Qualifications

• Cannulation and phlebotomy skills required.
• IV therapy experience including central venous access devices.
• Strong self-motivation and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Accurate electronic patient records management.
• Good time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the community.
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records and timely reports.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team under nursing director.
• Liaise with clients and head office.
