Job summary

TCP Homecare is recruiting a Community Nurse to join our clinical teams servicing Waterford, Wexford, Kilkenny and Carlow in Ireland. This remote, permanent full-time role involves providing high-quality homecare nursing to patients in the community and documenting care records.

You will work closely with the nursing director and multidisciplinary teams, applying your clinical skills, communication and organisation to deliver safe, compassionate care and timely reports back to head office.

Qualifications

• Cannulation and phlebotomy skills are essential.
• IV therapy experience including care of central venous access devices.
• High motivation and commitment to ongoing development.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical homecare nursing services to patients in the community.
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records and timely reporting to head office.
