Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Dundalk, Ireland is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support PMO activities across product lines in the EMEA region. You will focus on margin protection, commercial governance and contract administration while engaging with Sales, Estimating, Finance and Legal teams.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or similar, strong negotiation skills, and a commercial mindset. A hybrid/remote setup is available depending on function, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar field.
• Experience in contract formation and administration.
• Commercial focus from a legal or QS background preferred.
• Experience in power, engineering or construction is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Margin protection and recovery: track entitlement, collect evidence and recover costs.
• Commercial governance: apply change, notice, evidence and recovery controls.
• Forecasting and decisions: improve visibility of cost, recovery probability and margin risk.
• Contract administration: support notices, variations, events and final accounts.
• Bid-to-delivery handover: translate assumptions and risks into delivery controls.
