Job summary

Eaton is seeking a strategic Program Manager for its Energy Transition division. The role spans leading new product introduction projects and supporting EMEA commercial activities, with a remote setting across the European Union.

The position focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams, establishing an integrated NPI process, and delivering on joint business objectives for EV charging infrastructure and BESS projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required.
• 3–5 years of program and project management experience, governance methodologies and tools.
• 2+ years leading NPD/NPI programs within stage-gate environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to drive NPI projects and go-to-market strategies.
• Coordinate inter-departmental portfolio development across product, finance, IT, engineering, and operations.
• Maintain schedules, budgets, and CTQ metrics with robust reporting.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Communicate with senior leaders and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Allocate resources and address staffing needs with functional leaders.
• Share PM best practices within the PMO and mentor other PMs.
