Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in power systems or data center technology environments.
• Proven experience with hyperscale and/or colocation data center customers.
• Prior experience in R&D or complex program leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DC for DC EMEA program managing Eaton's data center power value chain.
• Ensure structured customer engagement throughout product development.
• Proactively identify risks and resolve issues before market impact.
