Job summary

Lever, Inc. partners to fill a remote Patient Onboarding Agent role in Ireland. You will guide patients through onboarding for at-home sleep testing and oral appliance treatment, scheduling telehealth, and managing impression kits.

You will handle a high-volume caseload with empathy and privacy, document interactions in Salesforce, and coordinate with insurance, clinical, and manufacturing teams to move patient journeys forward.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in customer/patient support or similar role; healthcare/telehealth experience is a plus.
• Ability to de-escalate sensitive conversations with empathy.
• Strong organization and ability to manage a high-volume caseload.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding journey from purchase to telehealth scheduling and kit delivery, and handoff to manufacturing.
• Manage 100+ patients across onboarding stages and prioritize daily activities.
• Respond to inbound patient communications via phone, SMS, and email within SLAs; proactively reach out to prevent delays.
• Coordinate with insurance, clinical, sales, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues and provide timely updates.
• Guide patients through impression kit completion and return; follow up on outstanding kits.
• Handle cancellations, refunds, and billing concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating as needed.
• Route clinical questions to the appropriate team; avoid giving medical advice outside scope.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce accurately and promptly.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA compliance in all processes.
• Identify recurring feedback and process gaps; communicate insights to leadership for SOP improvements.
• Deliver contracted services professionally and on time according to guidelines.
