In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing key compliance areas, developing relationships with distributors, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience within a regulated environment, strong risk management principles, and excellent analytical and communication skills. Competitive salary range from €55,000 to €65,000 plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in outsourcing oversight and third-party risk management.
• Ability to design and implement effective controls.
• Skills in data analysis and trend identification.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key EU distributors and oversee compliance.
• Maintain the outsourcing oversight roster and ensure accountability.
• Conduct reviews of outsourced partners for compliance with contractual obligations.
