Job summary

Version 1 is actively seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Consultant to shape and deliver the future-state Oracle EBS 12.2 landscape for a major ERP transformation programme within the public sector. You will take ownership of business analysis, process redesign and solution definition, influencing how a complex organisation operates.

You will collaborate with business leaders, technical architects and programme stakeholders to translate current-state processes into robust Oracle EBS

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' Oracle consulting experience.
• At least two Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades or migrations delivered.
• Oracle certifications.
• PRINCE2 or PMP or relevant project delivery certifications.
• Experience with OBIEE and BI Publisher.
• Local Government or Central Government experience.
• Experience working in complex transformation programmes.
• Experience facilitating workshops with senior business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with business and technical stakeholders to understand existing processes and requirements.
• Analyse current Financials and Procurement operations and map future-state solutions.
• Drive process mapping, redesign and business transformation initiatives.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for efficiency and automation.
• Develop functional solutions addressing operational challenges and pain points.
• Produce ERP landscape and process documentation.
• Support the full implementation lifecycle including design, testing, training and deployment.
• Provide functional guidance during go-live and post-implementation support.
• Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders on Oracle EBS capabilities and limitations.
