Job summary

HedgeServ is seeking an experienced professional to support testing, deployment, and validation of business-critical NAV and Middle Office applications. The role, reporting to the Business Engagement team, involves overseeing UAT, QA activities, and driving automation and process improvements across global teams.

The successful candidate will shape testing frameworks, establish acceptance criteria, and collaborate with Product Development and Client Services to deliver client solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a NAV or Middle Office role.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Computer Science.
• Strong systems, product and process knowledge.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform UAT and client-specific QA.
• Define testing strategies and validation processes for workflows.
• Promote automation and continuous improvement in testing.
• Coordinate with Product Development and Client Services teams.
• Provide SME guidance on business processes and testing.
