Job summary

HedgeServ Ltd is seeking a Fund Accounting Director to lead NAV processing and oversee teams across multiple client engagements. The role requires steering complex accounting topics, maintaining stringent controls, and delivering high-quality financial and regulatory reporting.

You will work with senior management to develop strategic direction, manage recruitment, and ensure strong relationships with clients, auditors and brokers, while contributing to HedgeServ’s growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years in hedge fund administration, with at least 3 years at managerial level.
• Accounting/Finance degree with 2:2 honours.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering NAV process and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate fund accounting teams and NAV process delivery.
• Collaborate with MDs, clients, and auditors on complex topics.
• Develop and implement process improvements and controls.
• Recruit and evaluate fund accounting staff and manage performance.
• Maintain relationships with brokers, auditors, and legal counsel.
• Oversee client transitions to HedgeServ platform.
