Job summary

Twilio is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design AI-powered features that enhance customer conversations. This role allows for remote work from Ireland and involves developing and deploying solutions that leverage voice and messaging data.

The candidate will work alongside experienced ML practitioners and will be responsible for end-to-end AI/ML pipeline implementation, ensuring scalability and performance. A background in machine learning engineering is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or applied ML.
• Experience developing and deploying ML services in a collaborative environment.
• Hands-on experience with conversational AI, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning solutions ensuring accuracy and performance.
• Implement and maintain end-to-end AI/ML pipelines.
• Collaborate in product and technical discussions for code quality improvement.
