Job summary

Lever, Inc. is partnering to fill a Marketing Analyst role focused on new business and M&A in a fully remote setup based in Ireland.

You will build data infrastructure, drive analytics across paid media, attribution, and forecasting, and deliver dashboards connecting ad spend to revenue outcomes. The ideal candidate combines SQL, GA, and BI tool expertise with business-minded problem solving, stakeholder collaboration, and experience in startups or post-acquisition integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field
• 3+ years of data analytics/BI experience with a marketing focus
• Experience evaluating paid media campaigns and translating into CAC/ROAS/LTV
• Hands-on experience building tracking, attribution and reporting infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads and data integrations
• Experience with dashboards in Tableau/Power BI/Qlik
• Proficiency in SQL; Python/R is a plus
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for automation and reporting
• Able to connect analytics insights to marketing strategy and financial outcomes
• Remote collaboration across distributed teams and English-language communication

Responsibilities

• Build and manage marketing analytics infrastructure spanning impressions to revenue
• Integrate data from acquired companies and standardize tracking and reporting
• Evaluate paid media performance and optimize CAC, ROAS and LTV
• Develop predictive models and forecasts to inform growth
• Create dashboards and reports in BI tools for marketing and leadership
• Define consistent performance metrics across businesses
• Translate analyses into actionable business recommendations
• Collaborate with analysts, marketers and operations across ventures
• Map data flows from acquisition to revenue and identify optimization opportunities
• Leverage AI to automate reporting and scale analytics
