Correlation One is seeking Lead Instructors to deliver live, virtual instruction to diverse cohorts, ranging from hundreds to thousands of learners. You will prepare and lead online sessions, monitor engagement, and work with operations to ensure on‑time delivery of programs across time zones.

Qualifications

• Excellent educator with stellar communication skills.
• Experience mentoring or supervising learners when needed.
• Empathy, flexibility and patience in diverse learning environments.
• A desire to help students upskill into data roles.
• A+ or Network+ certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, live, virtual instruction to large cohorts.
• Lead virtual classroom sessions and manage Q&A, chat flow, and energy.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth program delivery and schedules.
• Contribute to curriculum design, edits, and improvements as needed.
