Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/SE/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong English to follow guidelines and provide feedback.
• 3+ years in C++ development, systems programming or QA-related roles.
• Proficiency with modern C++ standards, memory management, and build systems.
• Experience identifying undefined behavior, leaks, race conditions, or non-compilable code.
• Familiarity with CMake, compilers, debuggers, sanitizers, and testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: spot-check C++ items and provide feedback.
• Code review: evaluate AI-generated C++ code, tests, and explanations.
• Trainer/QA communication: update contributors on guidelines and review standards.
• Question handling: address memory safety, compilation, templates, and concurrency.
• Activation management: reach out to inactive contributors and coordinate follow-ups.
• Documentation: create and maintain C++ style guides, FAQs, and onboarding materials.
• Onboarding: run training calls on project expectations and rubrics.
• Risk review: flag unsafe or non-production-ready recommendations.
• Process improvement: identify quality gaps and build scalable QA processes.
