Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an experienced Management & Leadership Instructor to shape AI models’ understanding of organizational behavior and leadership strategy. This fully remote, hourly contract role offers 10–40 hours per week and flexible scheduling, enabling collaboration on cutting‑edge AI development.

You will review AI-trained managerial scenarios, assess decision-making quality, and provide structured feedback to enhance AI reasoning about teams and organizational structure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management principles
• Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and analyzing complex tradeoffs
• Comfortable reading and assessing written scenarios and AI-generated recommendations
• Self-motivated and reliable in a remote, asynchronous work environment

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios used in model training
• Evaluate the quality of AI reasoning around teams, incentives, and organizational structure
• Identify unrealistic assumptions, logical gaps, or weak decision-making frameworks
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve how AI models handle managerial reasoning
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
