Qualifications

• 5+ years in applied AI, NLP, or computer vision.
• Experience designing multimodal pipelines that integrate vision, speech, and text models.
• Proficient in Python and DL frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with production LLM orchestration and structured output tools (DSPy, Instructor, Pydantic, LangChain, or LlamaIndex).
• Hands-on fine-tuning and serving open-source models using vLLM, TGI, or similar engines.
• Experience with vector databases (Qdrant, pgvector, Pinecone) and retrieval-augmented generation at scale.
• Ability to establish best practices and mentor junior developers.

• Develop automated ingestion and labeling workflows coupled with validation.
